The double room offered a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. One highlight was the nearby park, perfect for a morning stroll, and the hotel is also just a short walk to the metro station, making it easy to get into the city center. the tiniest bathroom sink I've ever seen was definitely a highlight. To top it off, I waited days for the cable TV to get fixed because, surprise, it was scrambled, apparently they only care about the guests who shout the loudest. An upgrade for my 'special stay' would have been nice, but I guess they don't offer that anymore.

i had a fantastic stay with easy access to amazing spots like the calouste gulbenkian museum just over a kilometer away and the beautiful liberty avenue only a 15-minute walk, which made my weekend city strolls incredibly enjoyable. the staff were welcoming and helpful, making my experience even better, and having a convenient grocery store nearby was a great bonus for any quick needs.

stayed at empire marques for a week and really enjoyed it. my double room was clean and had a comfy bed. A fridge and kettle, which were convenient. the breakfast was quite good, especially the warm pastries. public transport was easy to access, and it’s pretty close to the city center, so exploring was no hassle.

The hotel provided a comfy single room with a nice balcony that offered a pleasant view. The breakfast featured decent options, and I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries each morning. I felt like a contortionist in that tiny room—just enough space to reach the bathroom! And bless the balcony, but I didn’t sign up for a stage performance with my luggage.
